Order Status
My order arrived damaged!
  If you order arrived damaged, please DO NOT throw away the packaging. Send us an email at customerservice@goldengatebridgestore.org or give us a call at 415-642-6771 (Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM) to alert us to the problem. We will send a replacement immediately, and file a damage claim with the shipper.
Has my order shipped?
  It can sometimes take up to a week for us to ship your product, depending on its availability in our warehouse. When we ship your package, you will receive an email with information on how you can track it. Do not reply directly to these emails with questions, as we will not receive them.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

How do I track my order?
  When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with information on how you can track your order. If you have any questions or concerns, you can contact us at customerservice@goldengatebridgestore.org or by phone at 415-642-6771
My order never arrived.
  If your order has not yet arrived, you can check the progress of the package using the tracking number provided to you by email when your order shipped. If you did not receive an email, or if there is a problem with the delivery, you can contact us at customerservice@goldengatebridgestore.org or by phone at 415-642-6771
An item is missing from my shipment.
  If your shipment is incomplete, please notify us by email at customerservice@goldengatebridgestore.org or by phone at 415-642-6771, and we would be happy to assist you with resolving the issue.
How do I return or exchange an item?
  To return or exchange an item, mail it back to us at the following address:

Please include a note with the following information:

- A description of the action that you would like us to take on your return/exchange.
- The name on the credit card that was used to place the order.
- A phone number where we can reach you.
- Your E-Mail Address
- If possible, please also include a copy of your order receipt.

When we receive your package, we will contact you to complete the return/exchange process.

The customer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred by shipping a product back to the warehouse for an exchange or return. If we sent you the wrong item or a size that did not match the size on your order form, we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping the product back to us when we process the exchange, and cover the cost of shipping the replacement product.
